🔄 Refund & Replacement Policy
At Creative Publications, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every order. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we are happy to assist you with a prompt replacement.
✅ Replacement Conditions:
If any damage or wrong order is received, a replacement will be arranged within 2–3 working days.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by email or WhatsApp with proof (photo/video).
The item must be unused and returned in the same condition as received.
❌ Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for printed books or educational materials unless the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
📦 Return Shipping:
If the replacement is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
